Established by the Sub decree No. 261 of Royal Government of the Kingdom of Cambodia on 25 September 2014, Sethavitou Notary Public have developed in-depth know-how and highly regarded expertise for all types of complex or large-scale real estate transactions, banking and family law within the Kingdom of Cambodia.

In order to comply with the requirement of the Sub decree of Royal Government of the Kingdom of Cambodia and for insure their obligations toward the clients, Sethavitou Notary Public made the warranty deposit at National Bank of the Kingdom of Cambodia amounting to 150000 (one hundred fifty thousand US Dollars) USD.

We also complete due diligence services.
